Where is my course?

 

You will receive a welcome email after your purchase with your account login information and access to your course. This email is entitled " Welcome To The Tea Business School". Please do a quick email search & check your promotions or spam folder for this email. Email notifications will often go here.

If you are already a part of The Tea Business School, please log in to your account to access your course. 

How long do I have access to my courses?

All courses have lifetime access except the Herbal Business Assistant Course. This course has 1 year access from the date of purchase. 

Do I get a certificate upon completion of my courses?

Yes, you will receive a certificate of completion at the end of every course. 

Do you offer refunds for your courses?

All courses are nonrefundable. If you are having any issues with the course content, please send us an email at beautyherbsandtea@gmail.com

How often do you offer live classes for the Herbal Business Assistant Course?

Live classes are offered a few times a year. New live class dates & times are announced through our newsletter and social media. Even though live classes are only offered a few times a year, you can sign up for this class at any time and start your learning now. 

Do you offer 1:1 consultations?

At this time we are only able to offer 1:1 support through our courses. If you sign up for the Herbal Business Assistant Course, OR the 6-Figure Boot Camp, you can access our exclusive Facebook support community where you can receive immediate help with your herbal business & learning.

No consultations are offered for wellness issues at this time. 

What is your Payment Plan Policy?

We’re grateful to be able to offer payment plans to make our courses more accessible. When you sign up for a payment plan, you’re committing to completing the full tuition, even if you don’t finish the course.

Here’s how it works:

  • Commitment: All payment plans must be completed in full. Payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. You are not able to cancel a payment plan once a course is accessed.

  • Missed Payments: If a payment fails, your course access will be paused until the payment is updated.

  • Unresolved Payments: If a payment isn’t updated within 5 days, your enrollment may be canceled, and any payments already made will be forfeited.

  • Late Fees: A $15 late fee may be applied to overdue payments.

  • Future Courses: Students who default on payment plans may only be eligible for pay-in-full options for future enrollments.

  • Hardship Exceptions: We understand that life happens. If you’re facing medical, family, or other emergencies, please reach out so we can discuss possible accommodations.
