~ Payment Plan Options~
***All prices are per person. There will be an opportunity to choose your roommate closer to the course date.
The total price is split into 2 payments. A $400 deposit is required for this payment plan option. Afterpay & Shop Pay are available at checkout.
If you choose the deposit-only option, this is a monthly payment plan, and the total cost of the course will be split into monthly payments. You will make your first deposit payment today, and the remainder of your payments will be automatically debited from your account every 30 days from the date of purchase until it is paid off. The final payment is due on August 5th.
Cancellations:
All payments are fully refundable until June 1st, 2026 (minus $400 deposits). There will be no refunds given if the trip is canceled after this date. Deposits are non-refundable. All deposits cover administration & processing fees and can not be returned. All Payments, deposits & retreat spots are transferable. If you wish to replace your spot with another person, please email the retreat organizer at beautyherbsandtea@gmail.com. Travel insurance is highly encouraged.
